New Releases & Weekend Reads

Another weekend in quarantine as quarantine is rolled back once again and to say we’ve been a little stir-crazy and bored would be a correct statement. The kids and I have found things to keep us occupied but my quiet time will always be with a book.

To sit quietly and read gives me solace when I need it the most. It aids me in falling asleep quickly with a story taking shape in my mind as I drift off into dreamland.

Books can take you away when you need it the most, can help you understand other’s emotions but living in a world other than your own. It literally breeds empathy to read.

So with that said, here’s the latest new reads for the weekend!
